preperation:

- 500g beef cubes, fry till brown, add water and oil until tender

- 2 pcs potatoes cut in half, fry, set aside

- stir in 1 pack of Caldereta Mix, add fried potatoes, red bell pepper strips

- continue cooking, granish with fresh green peas

- serve hot with rice
