preperation:

- dissolve in 1 1/2 cup of water and marinate chicken for 15 mintues

- drain marinaed and set aside

- heat cooking oil and stir fry chicken till goldbrown

- pour marinade in the pan and boil, add bayleaf if desired

- set medium heat and cook till meat is tender

- serve hot with rice
