Champorado is a rice porridge every Filipino know as a kid. Our lola, nanay, auntie used to cooked this yummy porridge to us kids for a snack. Our heart and soul food.
Typically made with Tablea (pure Cocoa Tabs), glutinous rice, sugar and for topping milk/condensed and served with Tuyo (dried hering or sardines).
