Dried Laing/ Taro Leaves with Coconut Milk

Ingredients:

  • 800g dried Laing
  • 6 cups coconut milk
  • 2 cups coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup shrimp paste
  • 500g thinly sliced pork shoulder
  • 5-7 pcs chilies
  • 1 pc sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup ginger
  • 8 cloves crushed garlic

Combine coconut milk, pork, shrimp paste, ginger onion and garlic in a pot, boil, simmer for 20mins

add dried Taro leaves, cook for 20-30 minutes, pour coconut cream and red chilies, cook for 20 minutes

serve with rice
